Sugar Nellie release
Hey everyone! Are you as excited as I am for the new Sugar Nellie "Bags of Fashion" release today? I have to say, I am so pleased to be guest designing for this team and what a great bunch of gals too! If you are following along with the hop you should have arrived here from Lisa.
My card today features the lovely Chelsea, wish I had a skirt like this, so pretty!
I used black cardstock to mat everything for a little extra pop, even a black flourish! She is colored with copics and some chalk pencil for a little extra shading.
