Hot fun in the summertime...

Are ya' singing that song now? Well our challenge this week at Kraftin Kimmie's is being hosted by our lovely and funny Sandie and she would like to see the theme of "Summertime" on your project.

I have used one of my fav stamps, Eleanor, is she not vintage beachy or what? Colored with a combo of copics and Shinhan Touch Twin markers, paper is Kaiserkraft "Fine and Sunny" and a flower made with the Hibiscus die from MFT. The sentiment is from Kimmies Mermaid sentiments. Sorry about the grounding on the image, had to cut if off to make it fit the die and no time to fix it tonite. Ok, quick question guys, I always enlarge my pictures for my blog but was wondering if perhaps they are too big for you? A little bit too much in your face or do you prefer them that size?  Alright, time to play along for your chance to win the image Sandie has used this week. And don't forget about the Frugal Friday specials you can get but only thru Sunday!

That die she sits on is awesome too!!

No - your pictures are just fine. I always make mine XL on my blog......any smaller and they look blurry to me. Let me know if you feel my pics are too big. Now you've got me thinking!!

Have a great day!

Fabulous! Want that paper...need that paper, so I was planning to do a US order when I realised it is the Australian company that my local craft store stocks. What an inspiration you are - I will mention your commission to them. I am sure that the cheque will be in the mail. x

Hi Amanda,
I first have to say that I have been so bad about blogging for quite sometime now and I really miss everyone. Then, I have to tell you how much I love, love this card. She is one of my favorite Kraftin Kimmies. I have her and I just love how sweet she looks. I also love this paper that you have used. For some reason it reminds me of gingam, and that reminds me of my Mom who always sewed our clothes and that was her fabric choice in the summertime. I also have to blame you now as that song is so going through my head at the moment. lol... Always have loved that one. As for the size of your pictures I am laughing to myself as I was just thinking about that on my blog the other day. I however will tell you what I told myself.... I love that I can see everything on your cards. For me I like to be able to see a bigger picture as it really allows me to see what you have done and somewhat of how you did it. Does that make any sence? In short, I love that you make your pictures this size. However my friend I do have to remind you that your are getting this advise from a crazy woman that take an average of of 4 pictures per card just for one post on my blog, so what do I know? lmbo!!! Have a great evening and an even better Sunday.
Hugs, Lisa
