Warm and Cozy

Hey everyone! So glad it is Saturday, this has been a really busy work week for me and I am looking forward to just being able to sit and craft for a bit. Plus, with it being dark so early, all I want to do is sleep when I get home, not a very productive way to be.

This week at Kraftin Kimmies our challenge is brought to us by the fabulous Karen and she would like us to go with the theme "Warm and Cozy" and with the weather we had today, that sounds good to me!

I have used one of Cheryl's images today, this is from the  Lulu and Friends stamp set, doesn't her bear look squeezable?

I think this card needs more embellishments but I just couldn't decide what to put on it, I have a hard time covering up stuff on cards, I want to SEE the pretty paper haha! So a bow, a heart and some glittery dots finish it off for me. Papers are MME Jack and Jill line I bought at Michaels.

Okay, we always love to see your take on our challenges and Kimmie is giving away a stamp to the randomly drawn winner so you can't win it if you don't play!

Ca-ute!!!!! Love the stitching !!
Coloring & shading are fab!! :))
You always worry that your cards are too "naked" & I think they look fantastic!! I don't like to cover up the DP either!! :)) :))
Hope you got a chance to rest & craft this weekend!! Xo

So cute Amanda, it doesn't need any more embellishments. It's nice to see your pretty papers & it really shows off your cute little image this way. LOVE those slippers & your wonderful coloring.

It's perfect just as it is. Covering up all that yummy DP gives me fits too. Super sweet! Hugs!

Gorgeous!
I love the colours (as always!) and your perfect colouring.

I agree, not much point in using beautiful papers only to cover them all up with a gazillion embellies.
You've added enough embellishments to enhance your card without detracting from the main focal point.

Big hugs

Oh..and I LOVE a fat bow!

Your papers always look fabulous and you don't need a 'gazillion' embellies to make your cards look better. They are fantastic on their own.

So very cute. I don't think it needs anything else because it's fabulous as it is. Any more would be too much.

I love her bear, but I love her bunny slippers even more!

Great layers of paper, pretty glittery brads, a big fluffy satin bow, plus that stitching add up to perfection. So there.
