Flutterby Wednesdays in hoping for Spring!

Today's Flutterby Wednesday challenge is being sponsored by the digital store Robyns Fetish and our challenge for you this week is to make a "Spring themed" card or project. The image I chose to use is called Waking up Birdie.

I am still working on coloring wood but it isn't too bad. You can only improve with practice right? Some nice spring colors and of course, my butterfly and I am ready to go. Please make sure you use a butterfly, fairy or angel on your project to qualify for any prizes. I also want to thank Danni for being such a wonderful dt leader as this is my last week with the Flutterby Wednesday girls. Just need to find a way to spend some more time with the hubby as I work afternoons and he does days. Thanks Danni, and all the girls, you have been wonderful to work with!

Beautiful spring card Amanda & your wood coloring looks wonderful. I love blue & yellow together & this little scene you've created just makes you smile. Spring is coming asI saw about 100 Robins 3 days ago ...My favorite time of year.

This is beautiful Amanda. Isn't that bird sweet?? Or should I say "Tweet"? LOL!! I think the wood looks awesome. I just picked up my first set of copics last night at the post office. Now I just have to learn how to use them!!! Do you use a certain paper/ink as well???

Sorry to see you leave FBW but I completely understand. Family time is important. I'm following you now so I won't miss a thing!!!

I for one think that your wood technique is awesome. I think I must have looked at it for at least 5 minutes to see how you have added your colors together. Really nicely done. I also really love this blue and yellow together. Talk about a spring card for sure. Hugs, Lisa
