This paper I believe is Merrymint by American Crafts and I have used a MS punch for the border then applied some silver drops with my Viva Decor pearl pen. A little sparkly fluff on her collar and some stickles on the edges of the snow and another winter card done! The sentiment is also from Ladybug Crafts if you are interested. Now don't forget, this particular stamp will be on sale but only for November so make sure you get it while it lasts!

Wow Amanda, I am so impressed with your skills at making these wonderful cards. I LOVE the sparkly EVERYTHING !!! That ricrac looks great on there. Is that the way it comes or did you add sparkle to it. AND those pearls are sooooo real looking I sure didn't think they were done with a Viva Pearl pen. I had to make the picture larger to check them out ..
