Blue challenge

Hi everyone! Welcome to the Kit and Clowder April Challenge! Every month we will be doing a fun new challenge over on the Kit and Clowder website where you can win a prize from one of our amazing sponsors.

Our fabulous challenge sponsor this month is Whimsy Stamps. Whimsy Stamps also sponsors the K & C website and have generously donated a $15 gift certificate to the winner of this challenge! You do not need to use a whimsy stamps image to participate but there are some fabulous images over in the store to inspire you.
This month we want you to show us your Blue creations! We just require any part of your project to be blue. We would love for you to experiment colouring Blue but if it's in your papers or embellishments that is ok too! The design team has some fabulous inspiration this month and have even listed what colours they have used in their favourite mediums to create some beautiful blue hues.
The challenge will remain open until the first Saturday of the next month. Hope to see you all playing along!

I have used two stamps from Whimsy stamps, the first is rubber and is called Emily for my main image. Her blue shades are  B00, B02, B04, B06 and B09 for her dress. I have also used one of their digital sentiments, this is Animal Companions.

I have used some ribbon on my card, I was inspired by this card by Rhea Weigand, really like the dimension and flow it adds. Some blue frontage and misc flowers to finish her off.

Oh Amanda...I do so love your creations. You are sooooo talented as are all the Kit and Clowder DT members !! I'm sooo inspired and very glad to be a part of the Kit and Clowder FB community and also to be taking the Skin and Hair class. Beleive it or not I've seen a big improvement in only one week and I haven't actually finished all the lessons/practice from week 1 just yet.

I love your card and that image and sentiment is perfect...hope I win so I can pop over and get it. (or I may just have to get it before the challenge ends...shhhh don't tell my hubby !!)

Thanks again for all your wonderful creations and inspiration.

Oh Amanda, this card is Drop Dead GORGEOUS!!! I love, love the colors that you have used. I can not believe how dead on you are with her dress and that ribbon. It is so stunning just to sit and admire it. I also love this stamp. She is just precious and you have done a fantastic job coloring her. Wow my friend, truly you have rocked this card and I can't really express in words just how much I love this card. It is just stunning!!! I hope you and Joe are both well as well as your two fur babies. I miss seeing pictures of what they have been up to. I have a few pictures that I need to send to you of what we are doing in our unused corner of our hall. Let's just say the kitty cats are very very happy. lol... Well I am off to make a card. Can you believe it? heeheee yep, a whole week off from work and no one is in the hospital. Thanks again for all your support when we needed it so bad. You will never know just how much you mean to all of us. Hugs Lisa

You have colored this Wee image to perfection. I still have not learned how to use the frontage...my first attempt was a disaster! Love the background paper and the squishy ribbon looks lovely!
