New Bellarific challenge for Stamping Bella

Good Morning everyone! Todays starts a new challenge for the Stamping Bella SCS challenge and this time we want you to make a card with lots of white space. I thought this would be difficult but I am really pleased with this card. Of course I will be right back to pretty papers with my next card but nice to do something different occasionally.

I have used Fuschias for Lulu on PTI cardstock which gives it a matte finish. My fellow teamie Alice uses this on her cards so thought I would try it.

I have colored the image with a combo of copics and Shinhan markers then added some glitter around the stem and flowers with my quickie glue pen. The Sentiment is from the Uptown girl Pippa loves to plant image. Ok, check out our facebook page or Bloggabella for all the details on how to enter for your chance to win some bella bucks. And don't forget the sketch challenge going on right now, triple bella bucks are up for grabs!

Good morning Amanda, I LOVE this card! I really love how you have colored up your flower so fancy and then allowed the white space to just be. :O) I love all of our fancy cards, but I really really have to say my all time favorite ones are when the use of white space is done so well. Hope that doesn't sound weird, but truly my friend your card rocks. Have a wonderful day. Hugs, Lisa

Gorgeous coloring of your fuschia and the ribbon. Well actually, the whole image. I love the CAS design. Those are so hard to do well, but you rocked the challenge!

P.S. A fuschia story. When I left one of my jobs, some co-workers sent me a gorgeous fuschia plant that was in full flower.

I put it up on top of the refrigerator to keep it safe from marauding felines since the refrigerator was far away from any launching point.

The next morning, the plant was completely flowerless and dead and the white cat had a hot pink stain all around his mouth and on his chest.
