Spring is in the air!
Well unfortunately not in my area it isn't spring like. It is rainy and cold but I am going to the Adventures in Stamping show in Akron so as long as there isn't a blizzard I am a happy camper! But today our challenge at Kraftin Kimmies is "Spring is in the Air" and if you play along you have the chance to win the stamp I have used on todays card.
I have used one of the images from last month called Rose. I love these flower girl images and have used some of my neglected wild orchid craft flowers. I have also used one of the sentiments from Kimmies flower sentiments and don't forget the big moving sale Kimmie is having, make sure you check them out before they are all gone!

New Peeker release and guest dt spot!
Happy Friday everyone! What a great day today! Not only is tomorrow the big craft show in my area but today I get to be a guest designer for the awesome Susana of Susanas Custom Art and Card Design! I guess I bought so much stuff she thought she should at least let me play along with a hop!
Today Susanas is releasing more from one of her exclusive lines, Elisabeth Bell for SCACD and we are showing off some more of her fabulous Peekers! Now hopefully you have come here from Suzanne's blog for a look at a different image and her wonderful coloring. My image is using the new Seashell Peeker.
Isn't she adorable? Paper is from Echo Park and I have used icicle stickles around the edges of my nestie for a little glitter and a combination of copics and the fabulous new Shinhan touch twin markers to color up my image.
Also being released today are some more of the Guardian Angel series by Elisabeth Bell and my angel is Sentimental Angel. Susana also has a new image so if you follow along on the hop you just "might" get to see her too!
Papers are Ambrosia by Bo Bunny (which are on sale!) and I have used one of the new Floral Ovals by Spellbinders around my image and some Make It Crafty chipboard corners for a little accent. And do you see that birdcage in the corner? I made it myself, pat on the back, with a new product for me, Dreamweaver embossing paste which I colored with some Luminarte mica powders and used a Crafters Workshop stencil for the pattern. Pretty neat huh? Ok, from hear you need to hop over to Dianne's blog and if you are international you can also get your hands on these stamps from Quixotic Paperie.

Thanks and farewell!
Hello everyone! Today is time for another Tiddly Inks Tuesday and our challenge this time is to say "Thanks". Well, the timing of this challenge couldn't have been better as I have decided to step down from Tiddly Inks and I definitely want to say Thanks to Christy and the entire team for a wonderful 6 months.
My card today features one of the newer images, Wryn Picture Perfect.
Colored with copics, paper is by PTI. I am loving this color combination, nice and bright. Especially now that winter has decided it isn't quite done with us yet! Alrighty, make sure you join along in our challenge and if you ever receive an email from Christy asking you to join her team, I would highly recommend saying YES!

It's a bugs life
I know, I really need to work on my blog post titles but that just isn't my forte. But the new images from Kraftin Kimmie by Emilie Goulet are so darn cute! My papers are from Susana's Custom Art and Card Design and are by Lilybee, this pad is called Double Dutch and although I don't normally use the darker colors, I LOVE this paper!
Now I confess, I left the little sentiment off of this card so I went back and put it on. I then proceeded to add all kinds of "stuff" to my mushroom border and by the time I was finished I HATED the border. So, no removing it as it is glued down so I just ask that you imagine a sweet little "Happy New Home" sentiment on the right hand side of the card. Add a little brown ink around the edges while you are imagining too k? Okee dokee, make sure you check out the other girls images, there are quite a few to choose from and if you leave some comments along the way you have the chance to win some bugs for your collection!

Let the previews begin!
If you are looking for my Tiddly Inks card please just scroll down a bit, thanks!
Time to start showing off the new Kraftin Kimmie images for April and we are starting with the always adorable Lulu.
Lulu comes in a set of three images with several sentiments included, YES included! I have added a little flower soft to her boa to make it dimensional, some hand punched flowers and some rhinestones on the tag and the flowers for some bling, a diva has to have some bling right? Ok, make sure you hop around to see what the other girls created and if you leave some comments as you go you are in the running for some free Lulu's from the store!

Tiddly Ink Thursday inspiration
Woohoo! Almost to the weekend! And today I am showing off another one of the new Tiddly Inks images and I apologize cause I couldn't find the link for it in the shop yet. Aren't the new images just wonderful? Wryn has certainly achieved a special place in my heart and I love the variety Christy has designed, a little something for everyone.
This is a pretty simple card, I have used one of the new Wryn frame images, a paper doily and some gorgeous floral papers. I almost always use a floral paper, such a nice jumping off point for the rest of my card.
We also have some special guests joining us again, here are their fabulous cards and links, please hop on over and pay them a visit!

Photo inspiration at Kraftin Kimmie's
Happy weekend everyone! If you are from "up North" don't forget Scrapfest is this weekend and Kimmie and some of the girls will be there so definitely worth stopping by. I am excited cause in two weeks my local (well, 2 hours away local) scrap show is happening in Akron Ohio. Anyone else out there going? Ok, I know you are here for my card so I will move along now.
This week we have a photo inspiration and our hostess this week is Kerry. I believe the photo is from Pier 1, I use to go there all the time but haven't been in awhile, may need to check them out!

And here is my card. My friend Patty should be very pleased cause I think all of the papers were from my scrap drawer. I have used the new flower girl image Calla Lily along with some red ribbon and a few flowers. A new MS border punch along the side adds a little feminine touch. Ok, time to get inspired and join us for the new challenge and your chance to win an awesome Kraftin Kimmie stamp!

Inspiration photo at Tiddly Inks
Happy Tuesday everyone! I hope you have been enjoying all of the new Wryn images from Tiddly Inks, we sure have enjoyed using them! Today's challenge is a photo inspiration and to try to incorporate the use of "two" since it is Tiddly Inks second birthday so here is the picture we are using.
and here is my card.
I have used the new fairy image Wryn along with "two" of her friends, a butterfly and a snail, "two" sentiment tags and "two" designer papers. Pretty darn good I think! I have also tried to use a wide variety of colors to go along with the inspiration photo. Ok, your turn to play along for your chance to win some free digis and you have LOTS to choose from now!

Tag you're it!
Whoopee, it's the weekend! I hope everyone also has a lovely Easter tomorrow, we will be spending it with my family which is always fun and ummm, interesting. Anyways, todays card for the Kraftin Kimmie challenge is to use a tag on your card or make a tag or anything with a tag! Sandie is our hostess this week and although I am not sure which image she is using I am positive her project will be awesome and if you play along you have the chance of winning the image she uses!
I chose to make a tag and put it on a card because although I think tags are so cute, I never know what to do with them! Anyways, this is Lulu on her swing from the latest Springtime Lulu release. Papers are digis again and the metal things on my flowers are bead end caps I smashed to make them flat. The sentiment is from the new Flower sentiments that you can also purchase at the store. I swear, every release I just love more and more! Ok, that is it from me for this weekend, hope you all get to craft a bit and enjoy the holiday!

Stamping Bella sketch
Happy Hump Day everyone! Last night I got ambitious and made a card for a challenge which I don't do very often anymore but since I looove Stamping Bella and I loooove sketches I made it a point to play along this week cause I would looove to get some of her new images. That's a lotta lovin huh?
Anyways, here is my card using Lulu loves poppies.
The papers are digis which I am still getting use to and the sentiment is from my friend Elaine and is by Stampin Up. I have used liquid pearls in mint and petal pink from Susana's Custom Art and Card Design, she has EVERY color imaginable and I love how thick they are, they make great pearls that don't tend to flatten out on you. Alright, make sure you come back tomorrow for another Tiddly Inks card and be sure to check out Christy's blog each day thru Saturday for new images and some freebies too!

Let the celebration begin!
Well, we have been mentioning it here and there but now it is time to start the big reveal at Tiddly Inks. Christy is also getting ready to celebrate having Tiddly Inks open for two years so we have lots to be thankful for.
This is actually two images I merged, so simple to do with the PNG versions Christy offers. This is fairy Wryn and arched flower frame. I have added some glitter to her wings and on the end of her little wand to bling it up a bit but otherwise kept it pretty simple to show off the wonderful images. Alright, make sure you check out the other girls blogs for lots of inspiration and some freebies somewhere along the line!

Eat Cake Graphics is sponsoring The Catered Crop
Good Morning everyone! Hope you have had a fabulous weekend so far. Today Eat Cake Graphics is sponsoring The Catered Crop and several of us are playing along.
I just love these images, so whimsical and really quick to color up. The challenge at The Catered Crop this week is to use brads on your card and I used a large fabric covered one in the center of my flower. The image is called To the world and since I am a big animal lover this just really spoke to me. Okee dokee, dig out those brads, make up a card and you have a chance at winning some stamps from Eat Cake Graphics!
